Niront AI & Social Posting Policy

This policy explains how Niront supports AI-generated content, social media submissions, content review, publishing, and campaign reporting.
1. Purpose of This Policy
This policy applies to Niront AI marketing tools, social media submission features, posting workflows, seller content packages, boost requests, and campaign reporting tools.
2. AI Content Support
Niront may help users generate or improve:
- ✅ Product descriptions
- ✅ Facebook captions
- ✅ TikTok captions
- ✅ YouTube descriptions or scripts
- ✅ Hashtags
- ✅ Promotional ideas
- ✅ Vehicle sale content
- ✅ Marketing images, video ideas, and campaign suggestions
3. User Review Required
AI-generated content must be reviewed by the user before publishing or submission. Users are responsible for ensuring that all content is accurate, lawful, non-misleading, and suitable for the intended audience.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Niront AI tools and campaign estimates are provided to support marketing decisions. Niront does not guarantee sales, profit, followers, engagement, approval by third-party platforms, reach, clicks, leads, or return on investment.
5. Social Media Submission Review
Niront may allow sellers or users to submit content for review, approval, scheduling, uploading, or posting on Niront channels or connected platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other supported services.
Niront may review submitted content before posting to help protect buyers, sellers, Niront, and third-party platform compliance.
6. Content Requirements
Submitted content must:
- ✅ Be truthful and not misleading
- ✅ Respect intellectual property rights
- ✅ Use images, videos, music, logos, and text only with proper rights or permission
- ✅ Comply with Cambodian law
- ✅ Comply with relevant platform rules, including TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Shopify, and advertising policies
- ✅ Not include scams, fraud, hate, harassment, unsafe claims, counterfeit goods, or prohibited products
7. Platform Authorization
If a user connects or authorizes a social media account, Niront will use that authorization only to provide the requested feature, such as uploading, scheduling, publishing, or showing post status.
Users may revoke connected account access at any time through the relevant platform settings or by contacting Niront.
8. Content Approval and Rejection
Niront may approve, reject, edit, delay, pause, or remove content if we believe it may violate:
- ✅ Niront policies
- ✅ Third-party platform policies
- ✅ Advertising or community standards
- ✅ Intellectual property rights
- ✅ Consumer protection or safety standards
- ✅ Applicable laws
9. User Responsibility for Submitted Content
Users confirm that they own or have permission to use all submitted content, including product images, videos, vehicle photos, music, brand logos, business information, text, and claims.
Users are responsible for any claim, complaint, platform rejection, copyright issue, customer complaint, or legal issue caused by their submitted content.
10. Niront-Owned Channels
Niront may operate official or partner channels for marketplace promotion. Submission to Niront channels does not guarantee publication. Niront decides what content is appropriate for its brand, audience, community standards, and business goals.
11. Campaign Proof and Reporting
Niront may provide proof links, posting status, click tracking, campaign history, estimated results, and performance summaries. These reports are provided to increase transparency and seller trust.
Some third-party platform performance data may not always be available due to platform limitations, API restrictions, permission changes, or review requirements.
12. Data Use for AI and Posting Tools
Niront may process submitted content, product data, vehicle data, seller data, campaign data, and posting data to provide AI generation, posting, approval, scheduling, proof, and reporting services.
Niront does not sell personal data or connected social platform data.
13. Prohibited AI and Posting Use
Users may not use Niront AI or posting tools to create, submit, or promote:
- ✅ Fraudulent or misleading offers
- ✅ Counterfeit or illegal products
- ✅ Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or personality rights
- ✅ Hate, violence, harassment, exploitation, or harmful content
- ✅ Spam, phishing, malware, fake engagement, or deceptive traffic
- ✅ False medical, financial, legal, or safety claims
- ✅ Any content prohibited by TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Shopify, payment providers, or applicable law
14. Policy Violations
If a user violates this policy, Niront may reject content, remove content, pause campaigns, suspend posting access, disable seller tools, suspend accounts, or take other actions necessary to protect platform trust and compliance.
