Niront Seller Agreement
Effective Date: 09 February 2026
Niront helps Cambodian sellers, suppliers, garages, and service providers grow online with marketplace access, marketing tools, AI content support, and business growth solutions.
1. Agreement
By registering, listing products, selling products, submitting content, or using seller tools on Niront, you agree to this Seller Agreement, Niront Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable platform policies.
2. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for:
- ✅ Accurate product and service information
- ✅ Product quality, authenticity, and safety
- ✅ Correct pricing and stock availability
- ✅ Order fulfillment and customer support
- ✅ Compliance with Cambodian laws and platform policies
3. Product Listings
All listings must be truthful, clear, and professional. Sellers must not upload:
- ✅ False or misleading descriptions
- ✅ Copied images without permission
- ✅ Counterfeit or unauthorized products
- ✅ Illegal, unsafe, restricted, or prohibited items
- ✅ Fake promotions or dishonest pricing
4. Product Quality and Authenticity
Sellers must ensure products are genuine, safe, properly stored, and suitable for sale. Niront may request proof of authenticity, supplier documents, invoices, certificates, or product information when needed.
5. Orders and Fulfillment
Sellers agree to:
- ✅ Confirm orders quickly
- ✅ Prepare products properly
- ✅ Support delivery coordination
- ✅ Notify Niront or customers if stock is unavailable
- ✅ Avoid unnecessary cancellation or delay
6. Refunds, Returns, and Customer Issues
Sellers must cooperate with Niront to resolve customer issues involving damaged items, defective items, incorrect items, missing items, or valid refund requests.

7. Seller Content License
By submitting product photos, videos, descriptions, logos, business information, or marketing materials, sellers grant Niront permission to use, display, edit, promote, and distribute that content for marketplace operation, product promotion, social media posting, advertising, and seller growth support.
8. AI Marketing and Promotion Tools
Niront may provide AI tools to help sellers create captions, product descriptions, hashtags, images, videos, and promotional ideas.
Sellers are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use. Sellers must ensure content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate intellectual property, advertising, or social media platform policies.
9. Social Media Submission and Advertising
Sellers may request Niront to review, schedule, publish, or promote approved seller content on Niront channels or connected social platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other supported platforms.
Niront may reject, edit, delay, or remove content that may violate law, platform rules, advertising policies, intellectual property rights, or Niront quality standards.
10. Seller Fees and Paid Services
Niront may offer paid services such as featured listings, boost packages, social posting, advertising support, content creation, seller tools, or campaign management. Fees, service details, and payment terms will be shown or agreed before purchase where applicable.
11. Performance Estimates
Any estimated reach, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, or ROI shown by Niront tools are estimates only. Niront does not guarantee specific sales, profit, followers, engagement, traffic, or campaign results.
12. Prohibited Seller Conduct
Sellers must not:
- ✅ Sell counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, or misleading products
- ✅ Manipulate reviews, orders, clicks, or campaign data
- ✅ Misuse customer data
- ✅ Harass customers, staff, partners, or other sellers
- ✅ Use Niront for scams, spam, fraud, or unauthorized advertising
- ✅ Violate Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Shopify, payment provider, or other third-party platform policies
13. Suspension or Removal
Niront may suspend sellers, remove listings, pause campaigns, withhold access to tools, or terminate seller accounts if we detect policy violations, fraud, customer complaints, legal risk, platform risk, or activities that harm buyer trust.
14. Marketplace Trust
Niront’s long-term mission is to support Cambodian businesses and build a trusted online marketplace. Sellers are expected to protect customer trust, communicate honestly, and deliver professional service.
