Niront Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Niront – Your Online Hub, we work with sellers and delivery partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and efficiently.
1. Delivery Coverage
Niront currently supports delivery across Cambodia. Delivery availability depends on seller location, product type, and logistics partner coverage.
For international shipping, please select the appropriate shipping option where available or contact our support team.
2. Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping (if offered) applies to standard delivery only and may vary by product, seller, promotion, or campaign.
Expedited or express delivery will be charged separately based on actual delivery cost.
3. Standard Delivery
- ✅ Estimated delivery time: 1–5 working days (in-stock items)
- ✅ Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed t he next working day
- ✅ Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day
- ✅ Delivery time may vary depending on location, seller processing time, and logistics conditions
4. Express Delivery
- ✅ Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days (in-stock items)
- ✅ Available for selected products and locations only
- ✅ Additional charges apply
- ✅ Orders must be confirmed before 4:00 PM for same-day processing
5. Order Processing
All orders are subject to confirmation, product availability, and payment verification. Niront or the seller may contact you to confirm order details before processing.
6. Delivery Requirements
- ✅ Recipient must be 18 years or older
- ✅ A valid phone number and address must be provided
- ✅ Someone must be available to receive the order
- ✅ Signature or confirmation may be required upon delivery
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Upon receiving your order:
- ✅ Check the package before signing or confirming receipt
- ✅ If damaged, mark the parcel as "Damaged" upon delivery
- ✅ Report any issue within 48 hours to be eligible for claims

8. Tracking Your Order
Tracking information may be provided depending on the seller and delivery method.
