Niront Marketplace (“Niront”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a Cambodia-based online marketplace and business growth platform. Niront helps buyers, sellers, service providers, garages, and partners connect through e-commerce, automotive services, AI marketing tools, and social media submission workflows.

If you use Niront AI or social posting tools, we may collect and process:

• ✅ AI-generated captions, hashtags, images, and campaign suggestions
• ✅ Selected channels, posting requests, approval status, queue status, proof links, and post URLs
• ✅ Campaign performance data such as clicks, reach, views, leads, and estimated results

2.7 Connected Social Media Account Data

If you authorize Niront to connect with a social media platform such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or another supported platform, we may collect only the information allowed by your authorization and the platform’s API permissions.

This may include:

• ✅ Account identifier or platform user ID
• ✅ Access tokens or authorization tokens required to provide the connected service
• ✅ Posting permissions you grant
• ✅ Content upload or publishing status
• ✅ Post IDs, proof URLs, or publishing results

Niront uses connected account data only to provide the requested features, such as uploading, scheduling, posting, or showing posting status. Niront does not sell connected social media account data.

2.8 Device, Usage, and Technical Information

4. Social Media Platform Data Usage

When you connect or use a social media feature through Niront, we use platform data only for the purpose you authorized, such as preparing content, submitting content for review, uploading media, publishing approved content, showing posting status, and providing proof or reporting.

Niront does not use TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or other connected platform data for unrelated purposes. Niront does not sell platform user data.

You can revoke platform authorization at any time through the relevant platform settings or by contacting Niront.

5. AI Data Usage

Niront may process product, vehicle, seller, campaign, and user-submitted content through AI tools to generate marketing content, captions, hashtags, listing content, images, video ideas, and campaign suggestions.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or submitting it. Niront may use aggregated or anonymized data to improve service quality, platform safety, and recommendation accuracy.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with trusted service providers only when necessary to provide Niront services, including:

• ✅ Delivery and logistics partners
• ✅ Marketplace technology providers such as Shopify
• ✅ Cloud hosting, database, analytics, and security providers
• ✅ Social media platforms when you request posting, uploading, or connected account features
• ✅ Customer support and communication tools

We do not sell personal information.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Niront may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and tracking links to operate the website, remember preferences, measure traffic, prevent fraud, improve user experience, and track campaign clicks or performance.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

8. Marketing Communications

Niront may send service messages, order updates, seller updates, campaign notifications, promotional offers, or SMS/email marketing where permitted.

You may opt out of promotional messages where available. Important service, security, transaction, or account messages may still be sent.

9. Data Security

Niront uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no online system is 100% secure. Users should protect their login credentials and notify Niront if they suspect unauthorized account activity.

10. Data Retention

Niront keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute resolution, platform compliance, or service operation purposes.

Social posting records, proof links, campaign status, and performance data may be retained to provide seller reporting, prevent duplicate submissions, resolve disputes, and maintain platform trust.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request to:

Please include your name, email or phone number connected to your Niront account, and the type of data you want deleted.

Some data may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, order history, or compliance purposes.

13. Revoking Social Media Access

If you connected TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or another platform to Niront, you may revoke access through that platform’s account settings or by contacting Niront.

After access is revoked, Niront will no longer be able to perform connected features such as uploading, scheduling, posting, or reading authorized posting status.

14. Children’s Privacy

Niront is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Niront, please contact us.

15. International Users

Niront is based in Cambodia. If you access Niront from outside Cambodia, your information may be processed in Cambodia or other countries where our service providers operate. By using Niront, you understand that data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

16. Third-Party Links

Niront may contain links to third-party websites, payment pages, delivery services, social platforms, or partner pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Niront is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

Niront may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest effective date. Continued use of Niront means you accept the updated policy.
