1. Our Commitment
At Niront, we are committed to providing a reliable and trustworthy shopping experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we are here to help.
2. Return, Refund, or Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return, refund, or exchange if your order meets one of the following conditions:
- ✅ Item is defective or damaged upon delivery
- ✅ Incorrect item was delivered
- ✅ Item is missing from your order
- ✅ Item is significantly different from the product description
All requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. Return Conditions
To process a return, refund, or exchange request, please ensure:
- ✅ The item is unused and in original condition, unless the item arrived defective or damaged
- ✅ Original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and invoice are included where applicable
- ✅ Clear photo or video evidence is provided
- ✅ Order details such as Order ID, name, phone number, and contact information are included
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be accepted in the following situations:
- ✅ Change of mind after purchase
- ✅ Normal wear and tear
- ✅ Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accident, or customer handling
- ✅ Requests submitted after the 7-day period
- ✅ Products marked as final sale, clearance, customized, perishable, digital, or non-returnable
5. Return Process
After your request is reviewed, Niront will provide return instructions if the item must be returned.
- ✅ Please do not return any item before receiving confirmation from Niront
- ✅ Return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for return
- ✅ If the issue is caused by seller error, wrong item, defect, or delivery damage, Niront will assist with a fair resolution
6. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- ✅ Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible
- ✅ Refund processing time may take 3–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
- ✅ Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by seller error, defective product, wrong item, or delivery damage
7. Exchange Process
If you request an exchange, Niront will help arrange a replacement depending on product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a suitable replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact Niront as soon as possible with photo or video evidence. For delivery damage, please report the issue within 48 hours where possible so we can support your claim quickly.
9. Marketplace Note
Niront is a multi-seller platform. Some products may be fulfilled by third-party sellers. In such cases, return, refund, or exchange handling may involve coordination with the respective seller, but Niront will assist to ensure a fair and professional resolution.
